How to Embed a Widget
Copy the embed code for the widget you want, then paste it directly into your page's HTML anywhere you'd like the calculator to appear — a WordPress custom HTML block, a Webflow embed element, a Squarespace code block, or a plain static HTML file.
- Adjust the size — change the
widthandheightattributes, or themax-widthin thestyleattribute, to fit your layout. - No JavaScript required — it's a single self-contained
<iframe>tag. It won't conflict with your site's existing scripts or CSS. - Works everywhere — WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or hand-written HTML.
Why Are These Free?
We built these calculators for WorkdaysCalculator.com and figured other sites — HR blogs, payroll consultants, invoicing tools, freelancer resources — could use the same math. Embedding costs us almost nothing to host, and each widget carries a small attribution link back to us. It's a fair trade: free tool for your visitors, a little credit for us.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is embedding these calculators really free?
Yes. There is no signup, no API key, and no usage limit. Copy the iframe code and paste it into your site's HTML.
Do I need to credit WorkdaysCalculator.com?
Each widget includes a small "Powered by WorkdaysCalculator.com" attribution link inside the widget itself. Please don't remove or hide it — that's the only thing we ask in exchange for free hosting and maintenance.
Will the widget match my site's design?
The widgets use a clean, neutral white card design that fits most sites. You can control the width and height via the iframe's style attribute, but the internal widget styling isn't currently customizable.
Can I embed these on a client site or a site I don't own?
Yes, embedding is unrestricted. Many agencies and freelancers embed these on client sites for HR, payroll, or invoicing pages.
